As the Nottingham Baby & Toddler (NBT) Awards continue to grow, we’re committed to ensuring the process remains fair, transparent, and inclusive — celebrating the incredible individuals and businesses that make a real difference to families across our community. Important Nomination Guidelines

You can only nominate once — make it count!
You do not need to nominate in every category.
Check eligibility: Nominees must be Nottingham-based (NG postcode).
Choose the correct category: Read each category description to ensure the nominee fits.
All nominees must support parents/guardians, babies, or toddlers (0–5 years).
Activity leaders cannot be shortlisted for more than one of the following categories:
- Most Loved Activity Leader for Babies
- Most Loved Activity Leader for Toddlers
- Most Loved Parent Activity Leader
When it comes to deciding who progresses to the next stage, the rules prevent the same provider from being shortlisted in more than one of the three restricted categories. So the organisers will select the category where the provider has the strongest nomination or vote count for shortlisting. So if you want another provider to be recognised, make sure to nominate them too!
The above Providers can also be nominated in other categories(e.g., shining and rising star awards).

1. Nottingham's Most Loved Local Creatives & Brands Award

Eligibility: Nottingham-based (NG postcode) businesses creating thoughtful, quality PRODUCTS for babies and toddlers (0–5 years) or new parents/guardians.

2. Nottingham’s Most Loved Family Photographer Award

Eligibility: Nottingham-based (NG postcode) photographers specialising in family, newborn, or new parent photography.

What to Include in Your Nomination: Nominee’s full name, business name, and at least one contact method (email, website, or social media link).

3. Nottingham's Most Loved SERVICE Provider for Baby, Toddlers & Parents Award

Eligibility: Nottingham-based (NG postcode) providers delivering SERVICES AND SUPPORT for families, such as weaning advice, first aid, therapy, or workshops for families, babies, toddlers, or grown ups!

What to Include in Your Nomination: Nominee’s full name, business name, and at least one contact method (email, website, or social media link).

4. Nottingham’s Most Loved PARENT ACTIVITY Leader Award

Eligibility: One class leader only. Nottingham-based (NG postcode) providers offering sessions aimed at PARENTS.

Include: Nominee’s full name, business name, and at least one contact method (email, website, or social media link).

Must not be a duplicate nomination for categories Activity Leader for Babies or Toddler awards

5. Nottingham’s Most Loved Activity Leader for Babies (Pre-Walkers) Award

Eligibility: One class leader only. Nottingham-based (NG postcode) providers delivering sessions specifically designed FOR BABIES aged 0–1.

Include: Nominee’s full name, business name, and at least one contact method (email, website, or social media link).

Must not be a duplicate nomination for Categories - Activity Leader for Toddlers or Parents.

6.Nottingham's Most Loved Activity Leader for Toddlers & Preschoolers Award

Eligibility: One class leader. Nottingham-based (NG postcode) providers delivering sessions FOR TODDLERS aged 1–5 years.

Include: Nominee’s full name, business name, and at least one contact method (email, website, or social media link).

Must not be a duplicate nomination for category's Activity Leader for Babies or Parents provider.

7. Nottingham’s Most Loved Community Stay & Play Group for Baby, Toddlers & Parents

Eligibility: Operate as a voluntary or not-for-profit STAY & PLAY GROUP. Nottingham-based (NG postcode).

8. Nottingham’s Most Loved Play Experience for 0–5 Years Award

Eligibility: Nottingham-based (NG postcode) venues, Pop Up or spaces catering specifically to babies and toddlers aged 0–5 years.

What to Include in Your Nomination: Nominee’s full name, business/venue name, and at least one contact method (email, website, or social media link).

9. Most Loved Party Supplier or Entertainer for 0–5 Years

Eligibility: Nottingham-based (NG postcode) individuals or businesses providing entertainment or party services for 0–5-year-olds.

What to Include in Your Nomination: Nominee’s full name, business name, and at least one contact method (email, website, or social media link).

10. Nottingham’s Baby & Toddler Community Champion Award

Eligibility: Nottingham-based (NG postcode) individuals contributing to the NBT community through organising events, hosting workshops for families, parents, and providers and family focused content creators.

What to Include in Your Nomination: Nominee’s full name, business/organisation name (if applicable), and at least one contact method (email, website, or social media link).

11. Make a Difference Award

Eligibility: CIC, organisations and charities. Nottingham-based (NG postcode) nominees supporting families through services, initiatives, or care.

What to Include in Your Nomination: Nominee’s full name, business/organisation name, and at least one contact method (email, website, or social media link).

12. Nottingham's Baby & Toddler Community Rising Star Award

Eligibility: Open to individuals or businesses that started their journey after October 2024, are Nottingham-based (NG postcode), and deliver services, activities, or products for babies and toddlers (0–5 years) or grown ups.

13. Nottingham's Baby & Toddler Community Shining Star Award

This award honours someone who embodies the values of impact, integrity, and inspiration — whose work uplifts others and whose legacy continues to shine brightly.

Include: Nominee’s full name, business/organisation name, and at least one contact method (email, website, or social media link).

Please share any examples of impact, milestones, projects, or initiatives that have positively influenced families and the community.
